The facts would suggest Not!. The number of incidents involving professional footballers behind the wheel would suggest that many of them leave their skills behind when they leave the stadium.

Many footballers have pranged exotic cars that cost well more than most people make in a year. Cristiano Ronaldo crashed a Ferrari 599 while under contract to Manchester United in 2009, and Wayne Rooney shunted his Aston Martin DB7 in 2007. Mario Balotelli remodelled an Audi R8 while playing in England and German ace Nicklas Bendtner pranged an Aston Martin DBS on the way to training in 2009.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that these guys earn more in one match what most people take years to make.

Making a Porsche 911 Angrier

The RS Badge signifies more “oomph” for a car that is already a performance star in its most basic version.

 It’s been a while since we last heard about the crazier, “RS” moniker-sporting version of the already-crazy 991 GT3. But, if the picture above holds any credibility, then here’s the first look at the upcoming Porsche 911 991 GT3 RS.

In line with the spyshots of a prototype lurking around Stuttgart, the GT3 RS will differentiate itself from the standard GT3 with a large, fixed wing, wider body and air intakes on the front fender.

Powertrain figures are unknown, but do expect Porsche to cram more horses into the 475-hp 3.8-liter flat-six engine from the GT3, a power unit that has fallen under harsh criticism due to several reported cases of fire.

Lord Aleem targeted in Arson Attacks

Sometimes, it just doesn’t pay to be rich. Maybe his rivals didn’t like him calling himself

A millionaire teen is blaming jealous rivals after losing four of his supercars, worth more than £500,000, to two separate arson attacks in just one week.

Aleem Iqbal, 19, who runs a luxury car hire firm with his father, leased out a new £340,000 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster last Friday.


Hours later it was set on fire outside a house in Luton, Bedfordshire, with the attack caught on CCTV.

The footage shows three hooded men pulling up to the house around 1am in a Mercedes 4×4, and dousing the Lamborghini in petrol.

Yesterday, three more of his luxury cars, worth £200,000, were destroyed in a second attack close to his Platinum Executive Travel firm in Yardley, Birmingham.

Two Audi R8 Spyder supercars and a Bentley Flying Spur were torched at around 12.20am – and the attack was again caught on CCTV.

Aleem, who dubs himself ‘Lord Aleem’ on Twitter and Facebook, said: ‘I’m not really in a great state of mind at the moment – I’ve had half a million pounds worth of cars destroyed in the last few days.

‘I’m not sure if it’s an attack on my family, because they would have come directly after me or my family if that was the case.

‘However, I do believe it could be a vile act of jealously towards my business or it could just be mindless vandals on an arson spree.
